As part of that journey we are pleased to announce a thought-provoking opportunity to join the to identify, develop and deploy Fuel performance and operation efficiency initiatives across the whole company.
The Manager Operations Efficiency is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Fuel Management Information System (FMIS) as well as the regular status report on Fuel Savings.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Implement new initiatives increasing Etihad’s Fuel & Operations efficiency.
  • Point of contact on fuel related queries from the company.
  • Identify new potentials analyzing of operational data.
  • Regular status reporting on current project and results.
  • Financial tracking of implemented initiatives.
  • Updating of corporate benefit tracking tools.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Managing Etihad’s Fuel Management Information System (FMIS).

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
     
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Airline Management, Business Administration, Statistics or in a similar major relevant to Airline Operations.
  • Minimum 3 years in business analytics and intelligence.
  • Minimum 5 years in airline operations.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role,
  • Proven track record of managing teams, suppliers, contractors, commercial relationships.

    TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High computer literacy.
  • Strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of airline commercial planning and industry data sources.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • IATA Fuel Performance best practices.
  • Data analytics skills.
